1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:
Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the services explicitly outlined in your signed contract, proposal, or service agreement.
Material Breach: If the Company materially breaches the terms of the Agreement (e.g., repeated failure to meet deadlines without justification).
To qualify for a refund:
You must provide written evidence of the unmet commitments.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 of the identified issue.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for:
Client-Caused Delays: Delays due to late submissions of content, feedback, or approvals from the Client.
Third-Party Factors: Issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., Google penalties, social media algorithm changes) beyond our control.
Dissatisfaction with Results: Subjective dissatisfaction with outcomes (e.g., lower-than-expected ROI, traffic, or rankings), unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.
Change of Mind: Cancellation of services after work has commenced.
3. Refund Process

Your contract/proposal reference number.
Detailed explanation of the unmet commitment.
Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, project deliverables).
Review: We will investigate the claim within 7 business days,
Resolution:
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [X days, e.g., 14 days].
If denied, we will provide a written explanation.
4. Partial Refunds
In cases where partial services were delivered, refunds (if applicable) will be prorated based on the work completed.
