2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Client-Caused Delays: Delays due to late submissions of content, feedback, or approvals from the Client.

  • Third-Party Factors: Issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., Google penalties, social media algorithm changes) beyond our control.

  • Dissatisfaction with Results: Subjective dissatisfaction with outcomes (e.g., lower-than-expected ROI, traffic, or rankings), unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.

  • Change of Mind: Cancellation of services after work has commenced.


3. Refund Process
